Ok, Let’s setup your call appointment!

What happens after I submit the Appointment?

Once you set your tentative appointment request below, then we will be notified of it. Only once we CONFIRM it will you receive a email confirmation with call-in instructions (we may contact you, however, in the case that we may need to adjust the date or time etc).  Afterward, you will receive a initial confirmation email along with  reminders as the call approaches as well. If you would need to cancel and then re-schedule, there are links to do so in all appointment emails that are sent to you and on this Appointment’s page you are currently on here too (just revisit this page to get the current status of your appointment(s) under “My Appointments”).  Please check your junk or spam folders for any email if they do not reach your inbox after you see your appointment is confirmed on this page here.  If you do find the email in your junk/spam folder, then add the from email address to you “whitelist” so you can receive future emails to your inbox.

If you are calling from outside of the USA, the format to call is 011 + 1 + City Area Code + Number (again, you will receive the number/instructions after you submit  your pending appointment below). Also, please include your country code with your phone number too.

If you would like to use Skype, we can do that as well. After you receive your CONFIRMED appointment, you can request the call by Skype.

Click on the date and time you would like to try to schedule first. Then, on down the page will appear the appointment schedule submission form. Here are some suggestions to mention in the call appointment schedule notes regarding what you would like the call to be about and/or your areas of interest (please include any additional details of your own too so we can make the call the most productive).  If you do not see what you are looking for below, then just describe it in the notes.
